Arne Åhlander is a Level 2 Ambassador of Agile Academy, recognized for his deep expertise in Agile, Lean, leadership development, and product management. With nearly three decades of experience in consulting and executive roles, Arne brings a practical, people-centered approach to business agility. His focus is on building leadership capability, scaling agility across complex environments, and fostering sustainable, value-driven change.
As a principal consultant and trainer at Aqqurite, Arne supports organizations across industries to rethink the way they lead, deliver, and adapt. He is a certified Scrum Trainer, a certified “Training from the Back of the Room” facilitator, and a former Management 3.0 licensed facilitator. His facilitative coaching style empowers leaders and teams to think independently, challenge assumptions, and grow beyond traditional ways of working.
Experience
Arne Åhlander is a Level 2 Ambassador of Agile Academy and a principal consultant, coach, and trainer at Aqqurite. With a career spanning over 25 years, Arne brings extensive experience from executive and product leadership roles across IT, telecom, and software development. Prior to founding his own consultancy, he served as Managing Director of a software development firm and VP of Product Management for a mobile software company.
Since 1994, Arne has worked closely with management teams to transform the way organizations operate—blending Agile principles with Lean thinking, leadership development, and practical product management strategies. His focus lies in enabling organizations to unlock business value, build internal decision-making confidence, and challenge assumptions that limit growth.
Arne’s teaching style is facilitative, experiential, and deeply rooted in real-world practice. He is a certified Scrum Trainer, a certified “Training from the Back of the Room” trainer, and a former Management 3.0 facilitator. Through these perspectives, he supports companies in building agile mindsets from the ground up, transforming not just processes—but people and culture.
