Arne Åhlander

Arne Åhlander is a Level 2 Ambassador of Agile Academy and a principal consultant, coach, and trainer at Aqqurite. With a career spanning over 25 years, Arne brings extensive experience from executive and product leadership roles across IT, telecom, and software development. Prior to founding his own consultancy, he served as Managing Director of a software development firm and VP of Product Management for a mobile software company.

Since 1994, Arne has worked closely with management teams to transform the way organizations operate—blending Agile principles with Lean thinking, leadership development, and practical product management strategies. His focus lies in enabling organizations to unlock business value, build internal decision-making confidence, and challenge assumptions that limit growth.

Arne’s teaching style is facilitative, experiential, and deeply rooted in real-world practice. He is a certified Scrum Trainer, a certified “Training from the Back of the Room” trainer, and a former Management 3.0 facilitator. Through these perspectives, he supports companies in building agile mindsets from the ground up, transforming not just processes—but people and culture.
